Vehicle Release Requirements
All vehicles towed or stored by our company are subject to the following release procedures and requirements. These procedures are enforced for all customers and all vehicles without exception.
All towing, storage, administrative, and related fees must be paid in full before a vehicle will be released.
Accepted forms of payment may be subject to verification and approval by management.
Only the current registered owner of the vehicle is authorized to access, claim, or remove a vehicle from impound.
The registered owner must present all required documentation prior to release.
To release a vehicle, the registered owner must provide:
No exceptions will be made without management approval and proper documentation.
If a vehicle has recently been purchased and ownership has not yet been fully transferred into your name with the California Department of Motor Vehicles, the vehicle will not be released until ownership documentation is completed.
The individual claiming the vehicle must provide:
Incomplete transfer paperwork, unsigned titles, bills of sale, or pending DMV transfers may not be sufficient for release.
For company-owned vehicles, the individual picking up the vehicle must provide:

Photocopies, digital copies, or altered documents may not be accepted.
If the vehicle title is located inside the vehicle, the title will only be released to the individual to whom the title has been properly signed over or the legal registered owner of record.
Ownership documentation may be verified prior to release.
Personal property may be released only to the current registered owner of the vehicle.
βPersonal propertyβ refers only to loose personal belongings inside the vehicle.
The following items are NOT considered personal property and will not be removed or released separately from the vehicle:
Removal or disassembly of vehicle components on company property is prohibited.
For insurance and liability reasons, no repairs, maintenance, or mechanical work may be performed on vehicles while on company property.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Customers, third parties, and mobile mechanics are not authorized to perform work on vehicles while the vehicle is stored at our facility unless prior written approval is provided by management.
For safety and liability purposes, vehicles must be removed from the property before any repair work is performed.
These procedures are in place to protect vehicle owners, comply with California regulations, and prevent unauthorized vehicle releases.
Failure to provide the required documentation may delay or prevent release of the vehicle.
